Cancellation Policy

Clients who come late to an appointment may not be able to change the ending time of the session.  However, the client will be responsible for full payment of the scheduled session.

There is a $25 no-show/late-cancellation fee. Notice of cancellation must be received by 7 p.m. the day before the appointment.  Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Nat-Ur-Treasures for unforeseen emergencies, with validation.
